DONATION INFORMATION & REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for a Ranch Hand-out donation , please read the following information and requirements and complete the APPLICATION FORM. Please email the completed form to:   info@globalils.com OR mail to ILS Products, LLC, Ranch Hand-Out, 1910 East Tom Green Street, Brenham TX, 77833.

The Ranch Hand-Out program was founded by Ranch Hand Solar Lighting Systems, ILS Products LLC , their employees and R.M. in 2022. The program is for deserving and in need REGISTERED USA 501c3 Animal Rescues or Military Veteran Equine or Canine Therapy facilities. Proof of 501c3 Status or Veteran Equine or Canine Therapy program is required for applications to be considered.

Applications can be submitted at any time.  Applications must be completed in their entirety. New applications will need to be submitted annually in order for your application status to be considered active.

 

If your organization is selected as a Ranch Hand-out recipient you will be contacted via email and telephone. 

​

Ranch Hand-Out recipients will be chosen quarterly, subject to availability and at the sole discretion of ILS Products LLC. The maximum number of Ranch Hand Solar Lighting Systems donated per facility will be 5 total units of any type, if available. Fewer Ranch Hand Solar Lighting Systems may be donated, this is subject to availability and the sole discretion of ILS Products LLC.

Ranch Hand-Out donations may have cosmetic defects including but not limited to: paint scratches, small dents or cracks. All Ranch Hand-out donations will be in good working condition upon delivery to the recipient other than small cosmetic defects.

 

Ranch Hand-out Donation Requirements to be considered for donation:

 

· Proof of 501c3 Status or Military Veteran Equine or Canine Therapy Program must be provided with  completed application 

· Completed Donation Waiver and Indemnification Form must be completed and signed by an authorized Organization individual

· You must have been in business for a minimum of 3 years

· You must have a website or social media page viewable to the public

· You must agree to making 2 social media posts within 60 days of Ranch Hand-out donation and tag @ilssolarlighting in your posts.

· If selected as a recipient, an Organization Donation Tax Form must be provided for full value of Rach Hand-Out donation prior to donation shipment
